Once again we did some sever maintenance. Most of the changes you will not notice. One change you did notice is we upgrade our e-mail security. This required you to put additional setting in your email program. Another change is we upgraded our download speed. This increase in speed does not affect dialup users or accelerated users speeds. Email Tip:

Another reminder to take care of spam is if you are using outlook 2003, 2007, etc there is a built in spam filter. This has to be enabled in outlook itself and has nothing to do with mychoice. Jun 28, 2010

We are currently installing a new billing system. All customers will have two new charges in June for thier May and June services. Our current billing system has not billed any customer for the month of May. If you have paid you bill for May, it will show on the new billing system and show that you only owe for June. If you have not paid for May, your account will show that you owe for two months on June 1. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Thank you. May 22, 2009

The new email servers are up and running great. Currently we have a quota for online storage space, your webmail for example, of 25 MB in order to cut down on the amount of spam that has been coming in. If you are using Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express to get your email this change will not affect you.

We are currently running on a new server installation. Consequently, in order to access your email or dialup account you need to add @mychoice.cc to the end of your username. If you are still having problems connecting using your dialup or getting your email, contact support at (208) 234-5700
